What Creation Time in the Tasks Queue represents? Is it the time when the files were imported (batch created) or when the document was moved to Verification (Exceptions) stage?

The task creation time as seen in the above screenshot is the creation time of the Verification (Exception) task (when the document was routed to the Verification (Exception)).
