Symptoms

When FineReader is launched the error occurs:

There are no licenses available on the server <SERVERNAME>. 

While the list of licenses (or one license) is displayed in the License Manager with the Free status. 

Cause

The licenses or the license pool could be reserved for some specific users\workstations.

Resolution

Add the user\workstation to the list of users\workstations for the pool or remove the reservation.
