Symptoms

Microsoft Office is installed on the computer with Processing Station installed and activated, but processing of office files fails when processing using Microsoft Office, and the files are being processed with an embedded convertor.

Cause

Possible causes:

• The Processing Station Windows Service runs under an account without administrator privileges.
• In a case there are multiple Processing Stations, each computer with Processing Station must have Microsoft Office installed and activated, and Processing Station Windows Service on each computer with Processing Station must run under an account without administrator privileges.
• The Microsoft Office application is opened on a computer with Processing Station during the processing.

Resolution

1. Make sure that the Processing Station Windows Service on each computer with Processing Station installed runs under an account without administrator privileges. Change the account if needed.
   
2. Make sure that Microsoft Office applications are not open during the processing.
