Some business cards' images are not showing in the application. The synchronization with ABBYY Account is enabled in the app settings.
The issue may appear because of the incomplete process of synchronization.
To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:
- Start the BCR app.
- Swipe down the main screen with the cards' list to start synchronization again.
- Wait until the synchronization progress bar below reaches the end.
Do not close the app till the synchronization is completed. It may take some time.
