Symptoms

The user list in the Administration and monitoring console is empty:

Cause

If the users are available in the database - dbo.Principal table and the account can be used to log in but the user list is empty, possibly a non-supported browser such as Internet Explorer was used.

Resolution

Use the supported browsers like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to work with the Administration and Monitoring console. The full list of the supported browsers is available in the online guide:
