Is FlexiCapture 12 affected by CVE-2022-3602, and CVE-2022-3786 OpenSSL vulnerabilities? (https://www.openssl.org/blog/blog/2022/11/01/email-address-overflows/)

Answer

FlexiCapture 12 is not affected by these vulnerabilities as it incorporates OpenSSL v.1.1.1d, which is not affected by them.
