During the installation error message "Error reading from C:\temp\FR14\ABBYY FineReader 14 x64.msi. Verify that the file exists and you have access to it" appears.

The reason behind the issue is that "SYSTEM" group does not have full access permissions for the folder C:/temp.

To resolve the issue try to do the following:

1. Copy folder FR14 with unpacked distribution kit from C:\temp to any other folder, for example to C:\FR14;
2. Double-click Setup.exe and follow the setup wizard instructions.
