No reports in Administration&monitoring console

Issue.

They are no reporting results on the General reporting page.

Solution.

This is typically caused by the account running services in IIS not having appropriate access to the Windows\Temp folder. Can you verify that the account running the "Flexicapture 12 Monitoring" service in IIS has full access to the c:\windows\temp folder on the local machine? The default account is usually NetworkService.
