Symptoms

I have loaded a 109-page document with a large table. When I try to use Create rows from this line option in the skill editor, I get the error:

Unable to continue the line items. Please try again later or contact our support team.

Cause

Document Skills support files containing up to 100 pages. More about known limitations can be found:

AU: Limitations and Known Issues

EU: Limitations and Known Issues

US: Limitations and Known Issues

Resolution

1. Leave 99 pages in the document.
2. Re-upload it to the Document Skill.
3. Use Create rows from this line option.
