Fields extracted by NLP Deep Learning Activity are not recognized after the upgrade to v2.3.

Cause

Vantage 2.3 has unintentional breaking changes that prevent NLP Deep Machine Learning models, trained in the earlier versions, from working when Vantage is updated to v2.3. Fields extracted by these models will be just empty because models will produce no results.

Resolution

The skills with NLP Deep Learning Activity should be re-trained in v2.3:

1. Open the skill in Advanced Designer.
2. Open NLP Deep Learning Activity.
3. If the documents with labels are there just click the Train button. Otherwise, upload documents to the set, label them, and click the Train button.
4. Publish the skill once trained.
