Error when authorizing on Vantage processing REST API Portal:

Cause

• Required scopes are not granted before authorizing on Vantage processing REST API Portal.
• Insufficient user role provided to the user (e.g. Tenant Administrator role missing).

Resolution

To check and change the Vantage user role:

1. Navigate to the Vantage portal of the region where the tenant is located (e.g. US - https://vantage-us.abbyy.com/).
2. Sign in with the user that has the "Tenant Administrator" role.
3. Navigate to the Users section > choose the user > open the Roles tab.
   
   To make sure that the required scopes are granted before authorizing on Vantage processing REST API Portal, use the "select all" option in the Available authorizations window and make sure that "openid" and "permissions" options remain selected before the Authorize button is clicked.
