A Tenant Administrator may need to find out the ID of the tenant they are working with because it may be required for some Vantage Public API methods. Additionally, finding out a tenant’s name and ID may be required for communicating them to the ABBYY Customer Support team.

Vantage displays the tenant’s name and ID in the Tenant Administration tab for Tenant Administrators.
