Symptoms

Access Denied error message occurs during conversion to Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel using  Finereader PDF provided that it is installed on a workstation running MS Windows portion of a Mac (Microsoft Windows 11) via Parallels. 

Cause

The scenario of usage of FineReader PDF on the MS Windows portion of a Mac (Microsoft Windows 11) via Parallels is very specific. This scenario has not been tested and we can not guarantee the completely correct operation of Finereader PDF in case it is installed in such an environment. 

Resolution

Please install the software on the workstation running the supported OS which is mentioned in FineReader PDF 16 specification.
