Symptoms

Error in Project Setup Station:

(500) Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.FileStorage' in database

Cause

The external File Storage was not set up, thus FlexiCapture stores the data in the dbo.FileStorage table of the FlexiCapture database. The database size reached the maximum size limit.

Resolution

  1. Delete processed batches, and unrequired projects to free some space.
  2. Enable File Storage.
