Why does the program ask to enter the registration data during the program activation?

    I can't activate the ABBYY FineReader 16 license, tried all the ways, gives this message:

    "An error occurred when activating the program. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later or use a different activation method.

    For more information, please contact the ABBYY office serving your region. You can find the list of ABBYY offices in the FineReader Help file or at https://www.abbyy.com/support/contacts/"

    I am trying to move the licence from an older PC to a new one, can't create support tichet because button is gray and doesn't work.

    I can't complete a support request because the SUBMIT button is grayed out, probably because I don't know the answers to the requested information.  I changed to another PC and I can't find my license file.

    Is this a temporary problem (how long will it last) or is it some kind of regional blocking with the termination of service in the Russian Federation?

    Hello Adrian,

    I have created a support ticket based on your question. 

    The issue with the grayed-out button is rare but known. It can happen because the focus of the mouse cursor was moved. Next time please try to update the page and fill in the ticket web form anew from beginning to end.

    Hello Amy,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. This is a known but rare issue with the button. Page update or clicking on the empty space on the page should have solved it.

    Anyway, I have created a support ticket based on this comment.

    Why is the product not available for my country (Tajikistan) "Sorry, the product is not available for purchasing in your region" and how can I buy the product then?
