Answer

For FlexiCapture 12 Cloud, snapshots of file storage are made on a daily basis, and the SQL database is backed up with the Microsoft Azure means which allows restoring databases from any point in time within 15-minute intervals for 35 days.

However, these procedures are only used for restoring the whole environment, and it is not possible to restore projects for individual tenants. The users are recommended to do and store backups of the projects from time to time.
