Is an Internet connection required on the computer with the License Server during the installation of Per Seat licenses on the workstations?

Answer

If the administrative installation of FineReader PDF is performed (with the License Manager and License Server), an Internet connection is required on the computer hosting the Licensing Server, when the program is being installed on the workstations. An internet connection on workstations is not required.

If there is no Internet on the License Server, the FineReader PDF program can be deployed on the workstations locally (standard software installation).
