There is a red question mark showing next to documents on the Manual Review step.  What does this question mark indicate?

Answer

The red question mark indicates that the class or document type is not reliably matched. There is no absolute threshold, it is determined based on how close the confidence of other classes is to the confidence of a particular one.

This algorithm is dynamic, a fixed confidence cannot be determined upfront.
