Is password encryption used in the Alteryx Connector for Timeline?

Answer

The encrypted password if stored in the Alteryx workflow XML.
Our development team implemented the own hashing algorithm with additional manipulation of the resulting string in order to obfuscate the data. No standard encryption methods were not used.
