Is it possible to change the tenant name in Vantage Cloud?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to rename an existing tenant.

If a new tenant name is required, only a new tenant can be created. Once a new tenant is created, you will be provided with an invitation, which is necessary to accept prior to the expiration period.

After receiving the confirmation, the previous tenant will be deleted (all data is lost in this case).

You can contact ABBYY Customer Support to request a new tenant instead of an old one.
