It seems like historical data is removed from the FlexiCapture 12 database tables. What is the retention period and is it possible to change it?

Answer

Report data and event log entries will be deleted automatically according to the settings in Administration & Monitoring Console> Settings > Cleanup:

• Event log
  The default period is 14 days.
• Report data
  The default period is 180 days.
