AInfo report is a zipped file, which contains your system information. It is generated by AInfo utility. It does not contain personal data.

You may unzip it and review what exact data is stored in the file. Technical support asks users to collect this data if ABBYY products do not function as expected.

How to create the AInfo report:

1. Run the application and reproduce the error, if necessary.
2. Go to the Engine installation folder (%FCSDKInstallDir%\Bin\Support, for example: C:\Program Files\ABBYY SDK\12\FlexiCapture SDK\Support). If this folder does not exist on the workstation, you can copy it from the distribution package.
3. Run AInfo.exe file and wait until the utility collects all the necessary information.
4. Send the generated archive to us.
