How to collect the AInfo log for Screenshot Reader 11?

Answer

To collect the report file, please follow one of the instructions below:

From the program's interface

1. Right-click the Screenshot Reader 11 icon in the system tray.
2. Go to menu Help > About…
3. Click the System Info… button.
4. Click the Save... button in the opened AInfo window.
5. Save the file as an archive (AInfo.zip).

From the installation folder (if the product cannot be launched)

1. Open the installation folder of the application (by default C:\Program Files (x86)\ABBYY Screenshot Reader 11).
2. Run AInfo.exe.
3. Click the Save... button in the opened AInfo window.
4. Save the file as an archive (AInfo.zip).

From the folder with the unpacked distribution kit (if the program is not installed)

1. Open the folder where the distribution kit was unpacked (by default C:\temp\SR\ABBYY Screenshot Reader 11).
2. Run AInfo.exe.
3. Click the Save... button in the opened AInfo window.
4. Save the file as an archive (AInfo.zip).
