How to allow FlexiCapture 12 to import HTML files from email?

 

Answer

Add the HTML extension in the File Mask setting:

  1. Open the required Image Import Profile's properties.
  2. Select Attach mail to batch -> Attachments -> Settings.
  3. Include *.html extension:
