How to download FineReader PDF 15, FineReader 14 or PDF Transformer+?

The distributive kits of these products can be downloaded only by individual links provided by Customer Support. Create a request using the button "Submit request" on the top of this Help Center page to receive the link and provide any of the following information:

• Serial (license) number of the product purchased
• Support ID displayed in the product under Help > About > License info.. menu
• Email address that was used for registration (in case you don't have the license number)
• License certificate or other purchase confirmation
