In the license parameters, there is a list of languages. Is it the full list of languages that are allowed for use?

Answer

There is a limited list of languages (i.e. CJK, Arabian) that can be used only if the license permits it. All the others are coming out of the box as is without any restrictions, and are not mentioned in the license parameters.
