Is it possible to send file in Base64 string format for processing via Public API?

While using ‘/api/publicapi/v1/transactions/launch’ REST API method to create and start a new transaction, is it possible to send the file in Base64 string format?

Answer

The Public API of Vantage does not support Base64 strings for uploading files.
