What is the retention period for the batches for FlexiCapture Cloud tenants?

Answer

Regardless of the processing stage, the batches and their data that are older than 60 days (by default), are deleted automatically as per the retention policy.

This option cannot be configured from the customer's side, however, it can be adjusted for a particular tenant based on the customer's request.

To create such a request, submit a new support request.
