Is it possible to use the cleanup settings for the processed batches in FlexiCapture Cloud?

Answer

Yes, it is possible to perform the cleanup for the FlexiCapture Cloud as well.

The default cleanup value is 14 days, however, this option can be configured and adjusted according to the customer's needs in the project directly.

The option “Delete processed batches after N days” allows delaying the deletion of processed batches and specifying the duration of this delay.

The time frame settings are specified according to the time period set in a project for the particular batch type. If you are using the Default batch type, the value specified in the project properties will be used.

To set the cleanup period, please use the setting available under the following path:

1. If only the Default batch type is used:
   Project > Project Properties… > Export > “Delete processed batches after N days”
2. If additional batch types were developed:
   Project > Batch Types… > Export > “Delete processed batches after N days”
