Symptoms

After upgrading Advanced Designer to the build compatible with Vantage v2.3.1 and launching it, the error occurs:

Server request failed: 500 Internal Server Error

CorrelationId: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Resolution

It is a known issue. Please check in the (Windows) Start > All Apps > ABBYY Vantage if there are two Advanced Designer icons in the list. If yes, please make sure you open the last one:
