Symptoms

Error on Web Verification Station while using the Ctrl+D shortcut to navigate to the next document:

An unknown error has occurred

Cause

It is possible that the project settings were modified in some way during verification.

Resolution

1. Try to re-send the tasks with the issue to the Recognition stage.
2. In case the first step does not help, try to re-process the documents from scratch by importing them again.
