Symptoms

BluePrism processing fails with the following message:

ERROR: System Exception : Error Processing: Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: System.InvalidOperationException: Failed to get available batch type by the name 'ХХХХ' for the user 'YYYY'. Ensure that this batch type exists in the FlexiCapture project and this user has permissions to work with specified batch type

Cause

The permissions to access batch type are missed for group/user.

Resolution

Ensure that this batch type exists in the FlexiCapture project and the user specified in the BluePrism connector has permission to work with the specified batch type:

1. Open Administration & Monitoring Console  > Settings > Users.
2. Select the user account which is used in the BluePrism.
3. Check and grant all the necessary permissions to the user for the required batch types:
