How to connect to the SFTP input and output folders via FileZilla?
Answer
To access the input and output SFTP folders with FileZilla please do the following:
- Open the Input or Output activity.
- Enable Shared folder option.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Copy the "Folder link" by clicking on the copy icon
- Paste the copied link into FileZilla's Host as shown below and hit Quickconnect:
Note: The Username, Password, and Port number fields will be populated automatically from the Host link you copied after selecting “QuickConnect”
For the automatic import to work, make sure that the Import toggle is enabled in Skill Monitor > Overview page:
