This is how to access the input and output SFTP folders with FileZilla:

1. Open FileZilla.
2. Open the Input or Output activity.
3. Enable Shared folder option.
4. Navigate to Settings. 
   
5. Copy the "Folder link" by clicking on the copy icon
   
6. Paste the copied link into FileZilla's Host field and click Quickconnect.
   
   Note: The Username, Password, and Port number fields will be populated automatically from the Host link you copied after selecting “QuickConnect”

For the automatic import to work, make sure that the Import toggle is enabled in Skill Monitor > Overview page.
