Symptoms

When searching in Administration & Monitoring Console's Event Log by Batch ID & Batch Name, the details of the batches created a few days ago are not shown.

Cause

The cleanup period setting of the Event Log is less than expected, and older events have been deleted.

Resolution

Increase the cleanup period. 14 days is a default value.
