Symptoms

When trying to open Manual Review using the link generated with API an issue appears with a correlation ID but it is possible to open the task via Skill Monitor directly.

Cause

The Manual Review Link may be expired because its lifetime is 168 hours (7 days) after its creation.

Resolution

If this is the case, the Manual Review link should be generated one more time.
