The SFTP document import is not working after copying the Process Skill from one tenant to another.

Cause

When copying the Process Skill from one tenant to another the "Select additional source" import option is disabled in the Input activity. 

Resolution

1. Open the Input activity in your Process Skill.
2. Enable the Select additional source > Shared folder option.
3. Open Settings and copy the SFTP folder address and credentials (use them to access the folder from the SFTP client). 
4. Publish the skill.
5. Navigate to the Skill Monitor > Overview tab and make sure automatic import is enabled as shown in the below screenshot.
