How to select multiple pages in a document in FineReader PDF?

Answer

There are several ways to select pages in FineReader PDF:

PDF Editor 

Open a file in the PDF Editor. In the Pages pane:

• Hold Ctrl and select the required pages by clicking on them with the mouse.
• Hold Shift and select the first and the last page of the required range with the mouse.
• To select all pages, press Ctrl+A.

In the FineReader PDF 16 version, there is also a possibility to select pages in the Organize Pages tab.

OCR Editor 

Open a file in the OCR Editor. In the Pages pane:

• Select multiple pages by holding the left mouse button.
• Hold Ctrl and select the required pages by clicking on them with the mouse.
• Hold Shift and select the first and the last page of the required range with the mouse.
• To select all pages, press Ctrl+A.
