Symptoms

• Non-default language is not applied as the Scanning Station UI language.
• Italian or Portuguese (Brazilian) selected during the installation.

Cause

• Outdated Scanning Station installer.
• The installer is executed with the non-administrator user privileges.

Resolution

• Make sure the Scanning Station installer used is version 2.3.1.3 and higher. The latest versions of the installers that correspond to the Vantage build deployed in each region are available at the links below:
