What are the differences between FineReader PDF for Windows and FineReader Engine 12 programs?

Answer

FineReader PDF for Windows and FineReader Engine 12 are completely different programs with different functionality:

  • FineReader PDF for Windows is an end-user product, while FineReader Engine 12 is developed for programming, must be implemented into another product, and mostly does not have an interface.
  • FineReader PDF for Windows functionality is not available in FineReader Engine 12 and vice versa.
