Is there a way to limit the final size of the FlexiCapture 12 project and its folders and files?

Answer

At the moment there is no possibility to limit the final size of the project.
However, the available methods allow you to control its size through batch management and the project itself.

1. The first approach is explained in the below article:

2. Another is to exclude the training samples after the training has been performed. Please note that it has its limitations/disadvantages that are explained here:

3. The third would be splitting a large project into a few smaller ones used in parallel.                            Let`s say, the project A has training batches for vendors a, b, c, d. The project B has training batches for vendors e, f, g, h, etc. But this would require preliminary sorting of the documents that went to processing.
