How to check if the recording is started by Recording Service in the Timeline v5.x?

Answer

There is no special notification about starting/stopping recording on the Recording Service side in the Timeline v5.x. The only indication for the start of the recording is that the icon color will change in the tray. Once the recording is started the icon will be changed from gray to red, and vice versa.
