Is it possible to change the administrator account for the Vantage tenant?
Answer
If there is already a tenant administrator who has accepted the invitation, the process of adding a second user and granting them the Tenant Administrator role must be performed by the existing administrator. For this, please perform the following steps:
- Open the account as a tenant administrator and select Users view.
- Click Add new user button:
- On the General tab, specify the user's email and username.
- On the Roles tab, check the Tenant Administrator role:
- Click Send Invite and Save.
If SSO is configured on the tenant and there is no Add new user button (please refer to point 2 above):
- If the user account is not present in the list of users on the Users tab, please ask the user to log into the platform first, so that the corresponding user account will be created automatically.
- Once the account is available in the list, click on the corresponding username.
- Switch to the Roles tab.
- Check the Tenant Administrator role.
- Click Save.
