Symptoms

When trying to import one of the document skills, the following error occurs:

Import failed. Please try again later or contact our support team.
Correlation ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXX

Cause

One of the reasons may be a corrupted zip archive file. To check it, try opening the skill archive. If an error occurs when trying to open an archive, this indicates that the skill has been damaged.

Resolution

Try to export the skill one more time.
