Prerequisites

• You have the order number or email address used for the purchase on the ABBYY website. 

Steps

1. Log in to the ABBYY 2Checkout account.
2. Enter the Order Number or the Email Address used for the purchase and click Send access link.

3. When the email arrives, click the access link. 

   If the email does not arrive, try the following:

   1. Add the following emails to your Contacts or Allowed list:
      • help@abbyy.com 
      • support@abbyy.com 
      • pay@2checkout.com 

   2. Request the access link again.

      If you still don't receive the email, ask our Support team to forward it.

4. Download the invoice from the myAccount tab or the My Products tab. 

   From the myAccount tab

   1. Select the myAccount tab.
   2. Under Order details, click the Invoice link to download the invoice as a PDF.

   From the My Products tab

   1. Select the My Products tab.
   2. Under My Products, click the Ref Number link to view details for the order.
      
   3. Click the Download invoice link to download the invoice as a PDF.
