Some pages appear to be blank after import to FlexiCapture 12


All the pages of the document contain text, but when the document is imported into FlexiCapture, some pages appear to be blank.


The text on some pages is not being extracted properly by the FlexiCapture 12. This could be due to various reasons such as poor image quality, low contrast between the text and the background, or issues with fonts. 


To resolve the issue, there are a couple of steps that can be taken. One option is to substitute the image with a higher quality version. This can help improve the clarity and resolution of the image when printing. Another option is to print the document to PDF again.

To print the document to PDF again, the following steps need to be followed:

  1. Open the PDF using any software that supports PDF files.
  2. Click on the Print option in the software.
  3. From the list of available printers, select Microsoft Print to PDF
  4. Try importing the printed PDF anew
