Is it possible to downgrade a FineReader PDF Corporate subscription to a FineReader PDF Standard subscription?

For example, when the subscription to the Corporate version was purchased by mistake, and the Standard version is needed.

Answer

It is not possible to directly downgrade a subscription from the FineReader PDF Corporate version to the FineReader PDF Standard version. 

Please follow the steps below:

  • If a subscription to the Corporate version was purchased on our website, please submit a request to our Customer Support Team for further assistance.

  • If the subscription was purchased from the reseller partner, please contact the reseller.
