Symptoms

Following the execution of the GetSkills Action in Blue Prism, the following error message appears:

Error Message: Internal - Could not execute the code stage due to an exception thrown by the code stage: Authorization failed. Please verify your credentials. If the user has access to multiple tenants, specify the Tenant to use.

Cause

The issue may be caused by two possible options:

1. Outdated Blue Prism Connector version.
2. Wrong credentials were used.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, please consider the following:

1. Verify credentials used in connector settings.
2. Check the Blue Prism connector version using the following article: Checking installed version of Blue Prism connector for Vantage
   Verify that the latest version installed compared to the latest available version: ABBYY Marketplace
