How to enable the installation of the Screenshot Reader, Hot Folder, and/or Compare Documents components of FineReader PDF?

 

Answer

To enable the installation of the Screenshot Reader, Hot Folder, and/or Compare Documents components, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
2. Find ABBYY FineReader PDF, right-click it, and select Change.
3. Select Modify and click Next.
4. For FineReader PDF 16:
   Tick the component(s), the installation of which should be enabled. Click Install button.
   
   For FineReader PDF 15:
   Select the component(s), the installation of which should be enabled, click its drop-down list, and select This feature will be installed on your hard disk. Click Next button.
