Symptoms

Vantage POST transaction API calls failed with a 403 error but the GET catalog list call can be executed

Cause

The account used to obtain the bearer token lacked the necessary permissions.

Resolution

At least Skill User permissions should be granted to the account used to obtain the correct bearer token:
