While we initially planned to launch by the end of 2025, we’ve decided to take some extra time to ensure the release meets our high standards for reliability and enterprise readiness.
This updated timeline allows us to perfect the platform, delivering enhanced functionality, superior performance, and the stability you rely on. Vantage 3.0 represents a significant leap forward, and we’re confident the additional time will result in a solution that exceeds your expectations.
A new platform and a required migration
One of the key enhancements of Vantage 3.0 is its completely modernized underlying architecture and Azure services, which means greater scalability, security, and faster innovation moving forward. To enable all customers to benefit from these significant advancements and all future updates, a migration from the current Vantage Cloud environment to the new platform will be required.
What does this mean for you?
We are committed to making this transition smooth and successful for your organization. Here's what you need to know:
- Migration timeline: Tenant migrations will occur in groups starting in February 2026. You will receive timely communication about your scheduled migration slot.
- Migration process: Your tenant migration will be guided by ABBYY staff, with detailed instructions and documentation provided in advance. Our goal is to ensure clarity, confidence, and a smooth planning experience. The migration itself is largely automated, and you will have ample time to validate your workflows in the new tenant. Depending on your specific configuration, a small amount of manual work may be required—such as creating new API keys or updating SFTP ingestion settings.
